SOLD UPS Barbie SOLD

5yo Irish Sport mare. Extremely quiet and rideable. Was in the ribbons over fences in the Irish division at Upperville (first US show) and second last weekend in a schooling show in a competitive BN division.

Tons of miles schooling x country and hacking out. She hasn't hunted, but I'm positive she would make an excellent field hunter as well and might suit someone who wants to hunt in winter and show in summer. Could go in any direction - fancy HJ, upper level eventing, or foxhunting/showing combo.

Excellent Young Rider or ambitious amateur candidate.

Imported 7 months ago, and very well bred for sport. Full of class, and when I say quiet and easy, I really mean it. At Upperville she fell asleep under the tent, and later laid down for a nap. At her little event, a loose horse was careening all around the stadium warm-up, and she stood like a statue.

Obviously still green given her age, but this is a very, very nice mare. I wish I could keep her to breed (can we talk about that when she's done her showing career?).

Austin Skeens will be extremely sad to see her go.
